Shuttles to gala dinner will be organized from CY Cergy Paris University, departure at 7:00pm. End at 23:00pm. Gala dinner is included in the participation fee.

Will you be able to participate in the technical visits organized on Friday, 27th afternoon ?

Transport related technical visits will take place in central Paris, free luggage storage will be provided. End of visits around 5:30pm.

EPTS member 190€ : participants from EPTS member associations, subject to proof of eligibility, limited

I pay by Bank Transfer / Bon de Commande : please send an email to the address you'll get in the confirmation letter to receive bank details and payment procedure.

Participant 240€ : regular open fee, unlimited availability

Speaker 140€ : presenters of accepted papers, keynote speakers and session moderators, limited

Young Researchers/ YFE 90€: Bachelor, Master and PhD students and young professionals under 30 years, limited
